Maaruma-Li AMS are incredibly grateful for the generosity of the Aboriginal Artists featured throughout our website. We want credit the Aboriginal Artists for their Cultural contributions properly to preserve their ICIP and data sovereignty. We thank them each individually.
Maaruma-Li AMS acknowledges the contribution of Aunty Beryl Dowd, Uncle Billy Robinson, Uncle Kenny Dundas, Olivia Anderson, Terence Dundas, Mariah Keegan, Savanah Stewart, Julie Ruttley, Hannah Percival (Photography), Megan Cain, Paris Goolagong and Daren Dunn our principal artist in the development of artwork, Cultural designs and visual materials.
Consistent with the Maaruma-Li AMS Indigenous Data Sovereignty Policy, Aboriginal Data Sovereignty & Governance (IDS) (IDSov) (ADS&G) principles and Aboriginal/Indigenous Cultural, Intellectual Property rights (ICIP), Cultural authority remains with the respective contributors, their families and Kinship groups.
No artwork may be copied, altered, recreated, traced, adapted or used in any commercial, promotional, digital or derivative form without the prior written consent of the relevant artist and cultural authority. Cultural authority and all associated rights remain with the respective artist, their family and community.
